Aluminum sulfate and should I use it??

My 10sq ft outdoor garden has pH around 7.5--7.7 should I use aluminum sulfate to get it back down??

Damn! That's high!! You can certainly use aluminum sulfate as it WILL do the job - it's just that it will do the job SLOWLY... (I've seen some estimates of 6 months).... so I found an article you might want to read and figure out how best YOU can lower your PH... And next year, research this first, before the plants go into the ground... Most of the suggestions I've seen say to incorporate peat moss into your soil... so maybe with some amendments like that next year, you won't have the problem! Not actually putting metal in there I kind of thought that would be implied LOL it's a soil acidifier and it's certified organic has a bunch of stamps on it certifying everything i guess is should have asked if I should use a soil acidifier.
