First layer of soil: expanded clay
soil made of 20% fresh homemade compost, 20% expanded clay, 60% Mills light mix
Added few ml of water with root juice every three day.

in the beginning i would use silica, if it's towards the end in bloom, i would enrich with co2, as it can then withstand warmer temperatures..
i would however try to do something about the root cause and not get them into heat-stress in the first place
