It appears that one pheno is way weaker than the other. It grows much slower and looks weak. At the beginning of the week, the slower one showed very "leathery", weak, hanging leaves of dark green. At the same time the fungus gnats had a run and the population doubled. After second LST also the stronger plant showed those signs on the younger upper leaves. Additionally they curled down a little bitte, specially the fresh leaves. My guess: As autos they react way more sensitive to the pretty nutrient-rich All-Mix. Obviously the mug-sized hole of seedling soil in the middle, where I planted the seeds, was not enough. For my understanding this looks like a moderate nitrogen toxicity, even though the leaves have no burned edges. The Special Queen 1 (photoperiodic) took the same soil very well. What do you think? As I have almost no other option, I just water with ph 6.3 until she bumps back. Any other suggestions? Against the gnats I applied a watering of Neem oil solution. I also ordered nematodes, which hopefully will arrive in two days.

Hallo, yes its overfeeded but no Problem. She will handle it. What soil Do you Use?

Pheno 2: Symptoms as if overwatered and over-fertilized (N). First can't possibly be true, second neither. Neatly monitored dry and wet periods. PH dialed in. It still grows. Pheno 1 gets treated completely the same and does fine. Instability or damaged DNA? Any possibly to save?

Despite what you think, this plant is waaaaay over fed. All seeds are individuals and what may be fine for one, might not be ok for another.

Several sporadic yellow spots on leaves. Lock out due to nitrogen toxicity 2 weeks before? I will dunk and flush the plant next time I'm watering. Any clues, what this could be?

Why you don't listen to RQS or many other marijuana sites.. loaded with bunk info. Best Practices • Feeding: As your plants grow bigger buds, they’ll need more nutrients. this isn't really true and explains why so many have to flush so often, lol. The concentration shouldn't need to change much because the plant will take in proportionally more water. therefore you'd be providing the same grams per week per mass of plant growth. These are rates, not counting stats They give an RH suggestion without pairing it with a temperature (VPD), which is unsophisticated. 16-17C is going to result in autumn colors within a few weeks of flower phase. That's probably not optimal for photosynthesis if it starts refelcting large ranges of red and blue wavelengths. The colors you see are not absorbed by the plant being the underlying reason why this is unlikely a good thing. their ratios arent' too far off surprisingly, but i wouldn't buy into any drastic shifts. numerous studies show these ideas of bombing p or k in flower doesn't actually result in more plant mass nor higher potency. it does show excess fertilizer in runoff which isn't great for the environment or your local water system if you have one. Just self-fellating madness to feel like peopel are doing somethign profound, when the plant does 99% of the work.

This little bitch just DM'd me to complain about my answer, LOL. this isn't lockout and you shouldn't flush, mope. there... is that more direct? flushing is for severe catastrophes in the rootzone. This looks nothing like lockout. you have a bunch of assumptions and non knowledge. you are the one asking for help. not me. if you don't like 1 answer, choose another. don't act like some entitled brat and yell at someone that took time out of their day to pass along a bit of info. there's no specific answer here because not enough information is given and you likely follow a lot of bruh-science, so i'm sure it is self-inflicted madness.

I agree with others. Give it the right NPK. something like 4-6-8 and confirm its got a good ammount of secondary macros, eg Mg, S, Ca, It looks like it could use some more Ca and Mg by the looks of it. Good Luck!

All-Mix, but made a mug-sized hole in the middle with Canna seedling soil and planted it in there. I guess, she was too young (2nd week) when her roots reached out to the All-Mix.

@FoxGrow, look at the soil I used. Cheapest possible soil EVER : ) . Can't be the problem. Maybe I'm wrong :) .

Hi. You watch the wet & dry cycle of the earth? I had gnats as well ... and the population shrunk when I started to let the soil dry between waterings. Or: get nematodes : ) .

@FoxGrow, hi. I simply got more of those yellow cards. Mine have 20 cm x 10 cm dimension. I placed one whole card around the plants. I still have a small population of gnats but it is under control now. If I see one ... I smash it. Neem oil can be sprayed on the plant or soil as well... it's natural but can kill the life in the soil. Never used it. If you plan on getting nematodes, I would not wait any longer.

@allways_beginner, yes but I’m not really sure if that’s enough. I let it dry approximately 3cm deep. Others tend to 5 I’ve read.

I don't know how much perlite you use. I can recommend using 20%. Makes the soil less compact. Game changer, helps with overwatering as well since soil dries out quicker.

@allways_beginner, Hehe looking at your Pflanzenerde pic, we could continue in German but let's stick to English in case other international growers would like to join the conversation. So, yes, the Biobizz All-Mix is pre-mixed and contains coco, humus, perlite and so on. It's known for its strong pre-fertilizing though. As I didn't apply any other fertilizers this should be the issue. Both plant suffer a little but, but one is definitely recovering better than the other. My conclusion: Only plant autos in Light Mix in the future. And yes, maybe the LST stressed them out a little bit, but that would not explain the curled down tips of the leaves and the dark green. I added new pix now. One is definitely thriving and recovering very quickly. The other one, the black sheep, is fighting since she saw the surface... :D

A recommendation: Look at my grow. I do not recommend lst in a way I didi it. I did it the first time and realized, that it is work intensive. You have to sort out every branch and you have to stay on top of this game. Therefore I would recommend topping the plant when there are three levels of branches showing. Then twist one level to get the star shape (when looked at from above). Benefit: Less labour intensive, plant stays in symmetry, plant gains heigt with every level. And so on ... . Greetings.

Maybe check the main stem of the plant. I have one plant with a slightly damaged main stem... did not realize this unfortunately. It suffers up to today, it's the LSSH in my current grow and it could look similar to yours. If you've really never done lst. Im not an expert but keep the wires "loose" ... dont apply any sort of force to the plant (only slight bending in the plant's range of capabilities). I tend to overdo it as well. Do it gently. : ) Greetigs

Hi. Maybe get some runoff from the pots of the plants. Each individual, then check the pH. Maybe it is "off", then correct it. Greetings.
