High Hazeterpz, Most of the problems with cannabis deficiencies are because of overfeeding. And nutrient lockout due overfeeding. I would give the soil a flush and start over again after doing so with slightly less nutritions. I would flush only 1 time and let the soil dry out (almost) completely aftwerwards otherwise you create other problems. You can do this flushing by slowly pour water onto the top of the soil, allowing it to drain freely from the bottom of the pot. Pour slowly, so the water doesn't overflow from the top of the pot. Use approximately four times the pot's volume in water to flush the soil. For example, use 1 gallon of water for a 1 quart pot. After the flushing when the soil is (almost) completely dry again you can continue watering like you are used to. And also start giving a small dose of nutes again. This way you provide these girls with a fresh start with the nutes that they need. Remove old and damaged leaves when they start to grow healthy again. You do not need to give up on these girls! They will reward you with big, fat and juicy buds! Happy Growing! 😋

about clones -- better the plant is healthy before you try. if you do, take a ton and expect most to fail.. some will pull through if you take enough cuttings. assume these are photoperiods, so you have as much time as you need to fix them... that time is very likely less than the time it would take to grow newly germ'd seeds to your current size. so, i'd say you are better off treating it. less cost... less effort/time to do so.

I'd say sort out the problems, first. There's no reason to bail on the plants now. Their conditions can be fixed. First off, always check the pH of your water and your runoff from your pots. Having the proper pH is important and can lock plants out of nutrients if it is too acidic or too alkaline. Let's go through their symptoms: -yellowig leaves and brown spots: this can be a lot of things, but in your case, I think it is either calcium deficiency or lockout. A deficiency means the plants just need a bit more calcium than what is in the medium. some CalMag will nip it in the bud. A lockout means there is a toxicity of another nutrient or your pH is off. It can also mean you're over watering, believe it or not. In this case, just water with only pH fixed water and do some wet/dry soil cycles(soak the soil, wait for it to dry completely, then do it again). After you deal with those problems, you'll be good to flip into flower. I hope this helps. Good luck!
