Has anyone found bagseeds with tiger stripes? I’m trying to solve the mystery of my “miracle seed” - I wonder if the budtender slipped me a seed… (see diary if you want to help solve the mystery:)

Striping on seeds has nothing to do with quality man.. it’s moreso indicative of coming to full ripeness basically. It is a fully mature seed - but likely from intersex plants pollinating each other.

And to answer directly.. yes I’ve had plenty of tiger striped bay seeds. I’ve bred plants before as well. They begin green in the first couple week than mature to brown after a few more weeks - and lots of varieties will have tiger stripes - some simply just don’t. Doesn’t mean much of anything really

High bro, This seed will propably come from a hermaphrodite plant and for that this seed will likely be hermaphrodite itself due genetics. If you want to start a serious grow I would not waste time on this seed. But if you just want a plant for fun outside or in front of window you can always try. Happy Growing! 😋

He didn't slip you a seed. Many of the dispensaries are pushing so much so fast they have hermi plants, and don't catch them in time. Seed is likely from a hermi. I would look for another dispensary if you continue to go to them.
