Inernode length is small, should i still LST?

If the inter node length is very short the light could be to intense or the plant is stunted. You can still LST it just won't be as pretty as some other growers make it look but will still be functional. Yes, you can still LST. I would recommend garden wire for tie downs to the side of the pot. Just be gentle. If you want you can wait an extra week but the stems will be more ridged and run the risk of breaking, especially where they connect to the main stem. Short internodal spacing is generally a good thing though, keeps the plant from stretching too much. Also, I can't tell for sure from the pics for sure, but it looks like you might have some white patches that kinda look similar to early White Powdery Mildew. In your grow question picture you can see it on the bottom leaf. I would take a look just in case!
