It could be one orrrr a few things,... 1. from the appearance, you are growing in soil? Check your soil PH, you want to have it at 6.5-6.8 growing in soil media. 2. You don't want the grow area too moist. I would get a plastic see-through dome, you can use a produce plastic container or cut an old plastic milk jug in half if you need. you want your humidity in the 60%-90% range for a seedling. 3. Don't give seedlings any feed. just mist the area( plastic dome area) with water, rainwater if you have it, distilled if you don't...Start setting tap water out for 24 hours for the gases to escape, or use a air circulation pump to move the air through the water. It all depends on your water, some people have RSO, well water, etc. Some growers feed in this stage, growth hormone usually. Burr IYKYK

What they said down below Most seedlings will grow even if the environment isn't optimal but yours must be too cold/hot and RH too low. Going through a slow growth phase myself dealing with these issues. Hang in there. Good luck.

Without a diary it's rather impossible to give you a well-considered answer to this question... it could be a whole host of reasons (and certainly lights at 100% is not one of them... seeds germinated outdoors get 100% from the sun without trouble) but we need far more information than you've given. Please start a diary with as much info as possible and come back to ask your question again. Good luck...

https://www.viparspectra.com/products/pro-series-p2000 The website above will take you to an informative page for your light. Scroll down until you get section that says "flexible dimming knob" The page advises you to set 60% intensity for the seedling stage. xoxo

One More Thing....Turn your intensity down, you shouldn't need to have it at 100% It should have recommendations in your manual. I will look it up in a sec.

For the past 7 days, I have been maintaining the humidity: 60%-75% , temp: 78F-83F. As for the light, I have been using ViparSpectre P2000 (200W) with distance 70cm from the plant and 100% intensity. I have also placed extra dome on the plant to counter the high light intensity. The reason I set the light to 100% is because I have another 2 Northern Lights in week 3 in the same tent.
