Look... stop, please... stop posting up the same question over and over again... it's not going to do any good! I can sense your panic and we've tried to help by answering 3 of these posts... we've given you our best advice and can do no more.... you don't have a diary for this which, if it were a nute problem or a problem with conditions your plant is growing in, would give us all the information we would need to give you advice... but you haven't supplied us with any information save for these pictures.
Whatever it is that you used before for thrips was not effective... you don't tell us WHAT that was - but I'm telling you it IS thrips and what you've used wasn't what you should have used... go get some Spinosad.... it is THE MOST EFFECTIVE INSECTICIDE FOR THRIPS...
I'm sorry - you're panicked and I understand that ... but please also understand that we've done our best for you.
Next grow, keep a diary so that when problems/issues/concerns/questions come up, we'll have all the information possible to answer you...
