Is the purple colour where new growth taking place normal?

Some of my wife's outdoor grow did this. I'm guessing it was from cold temps. Freaked me out thought something was wrong. Two days later they were nice new green leaves. So nothing to worry about! Happy Growing!

it's a nutrient related thing, or possibly temperature... was it cold? this would rule out temperature. P def (if more blueish)? your recent behaviour + labels from your products used could easily rule out nutes... it's young, so if you have been feeding, it's almost certainly not a deficiency... in that case take it easy for a while.. water-only and pHd for substrate. looks like a normal light, but if not may want to move it to a normal cfl and re-inspect.
