Purple/red stems and petioles on upper growth, mimosa x orange punch. I think the plant looks otherwise healthy, lots of growth. Genetic expression or cal/mag deficiency?

Some strains will have purple stems - I don't know about this particular one but if the plant looks/acts healthy otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it. I don't see any evidence of a deficiency so I don't think you have anything to worry about!

Purple petioles and cupping downSo, after watering with root+ 1.3ml/gal and amino extreme 1.4ml/gal and putting in a light that is double the wattage from the one prior it seems they got light/heat stressed. Older leaves are yellowing, brown/red rusty spots, dying tissue, red stems.Older leaves have brown/red rusty spots and looks like dying tissue in between the veins.
Burnt tips, and yellowing leaves.
The soil was really dry and my PH meter was 0.4 too high.
I gave each plant 3L of water with EC: 0.0 PH: 6.4 to check runoff.
Runoff was PH: 6.1 EC: 0.8a year ago
