Just did a quick search about it.
It looks like the only thing you need to do is add worm castings to it and that's it.
Reviews say it works, but the majority of customers complain about how many gnats come in the soil.

ventilation for a 4x8 ? basically is that too much negative pressure and if so should I get anther intake ?currently using a 200mm inline exhaust fan that has 914 m3/h(537,9 cfm) max currently using it at its medium setting of 792 m3/h(466,15 cfm) and using a 125 mm inline intake fan with only 330 m3/h (194,23 cfm).
