Hi there. Your oscillating fan looks like its blowing directly onto the seedling tray. At that age a gentle breeze across the canopy should be better. The size of the seedling looks like it should have been potted up by now. Using soil you can just use a root stimulator for 1st few weeks as most soils are rich with the nutrients the plants need for the 1st 3 weeks. PH is also king, make sure your water is at correct ph and isn't straight out the tap and at least reached room temperature. As your only a week into it why don't you start some fresh seeds as backups and if you can't get them others going at least you will have some in reserve.

Hi there She looks abit over fed to me … In soil most don’t feed for the first week or two, I would just give it water for the next few feeds and then half the dose feed wise after that, Try not to over water and dont get the leaves wet when watering, Raise the light abit and see how she goes..
