Seedling curving down and turning pale green

The leaves of my two seedlings are curving down and it turns a little bit palw green. I think I overwatered the first days, but now it looks like the substrate is really dry (I didn't watered the last 2 days) but I'll wait a little more. So is it the problem or I miss something ?

i had same look after overdrying them and using wrong ph.
would check those two points.
easy way - transplanting into bigger pot, giving humidity dome and good watering regime.
chlorinated water sometimes can bring the same result, but it takes a month or so, so not this case i would say.

Hi there. Your oscillating fan looks like its blowing directly onto the seedling tray. At that age a gentle breeze across the canopy should be better. The size of the seedling looks like it should have been potted up by now. Using soil you can just use a root stimulator for 1st few weeks as most soils are rich with the nutrients the plants need for the 1st 3 weeks. PH is also king, make sure your water is at correct ph and isn't straight out the tap and at least reached room temperature. As your only a week into it why don't you start some fresh seeds as backups and if you can't get them others going at least you will have some in reserve.

She looks abit over fed to me …
In soil most don’t feed for the first week or two,
I would just give it water for the next few feeds and then half the dose feed wise after that,
Try not to over water and dont get the leaves wet when watering,
Raise the light abit and see how she goes..

Nitrogen? Light intensity ? Nutrient Lockout ? Magnesium Deficiency?Here are some better pictures of the signs I'm getting. 2/3 of the Orange Sherbets are showing this. The pictures are of the most affected plant. It seems to affect mostly smaller leave and leaves right by the bud sites and new growth. The other plant and strains are doing fine👌
