But I'm assuming you rooted her well.... so I will repeat what I said before - I wouldn't worry about the lower leaves being basically dead - trim them off, they're not going to amount to much, no worries. The clawing of the upper leaves though is the result of one of three things: over-watering, under-watering or too much nitrogen. If you had a diary for this grow, it would be easier for us to recommend a path forward so I beg you to start one - just fill in as much as you can about the grow and take it from there...
I also recommended that you get the plant out of the plastic pot and into a fabric one if that's possible... plastic prevents a lot of oxygen from getting to the roots which they need. If you can't get it into a fabric pot, drill a lot of little holes all around the sides - little enough so the soil doesn't fall out... If you were starting from scratch and only had a plastic pot, I'd tell you to drill bigger holes and then line the pot with cheesecloth so the soil wouldn't fall out...
