Is that fertalized soil?If so its too hot for seedlings.If it is it will soon turn around as its getting big enough to deal with it.

seems to be overfed. rethink ratio and concentration. whatever you were doing, do something different. trial and error until you get a good balance, but this is so overfed it's impossible to diagnose accurately. What is lockout and what is a toxicity etc etc. a smorgasborg of symptoms give water without fertilizer for a bit. then try a reduced concetration than before - more than one way to accomplish that if it is in soil.

salvageable yes. If its a photoperiod, If this is an auto I would start over or it likely won't amount to much. You got something happening in the medium as well. You'll want to sort that first. be is PH or overfeeding or something. Might be beneficial to start a diary about it.

Yes it’s salvageable. I think your first course of action is to transplant her into a bigger pot, she’s definitely outgrown her current home. In a new pot with some fresh new soil she should bounce back.
