Looks ok to me. Make sure with the nutes to use very very weak nutes and only once a week or once every 10 days. even once every 14 days is fine til its bigger. Just use the grow at 0.5ml a ltr for now for a few weeks and then go to a mix of stronger nutes if you really want to use nutes. She will be fine, shes looking good so just dont screw it up by trying to make her look even better with more water and more nutes. For now light and time is THE most vital for first 2 weeks. I just popped a seed for practice (I have 1000's so often practice) and its in 30% perlite and 70% potting soil. I dont plant to use any nutes for first two weeks at all. Just water. There isnt enough roots to take up any nutes now anyways so keep that in mind too.

Your plant looks fine. Young plants have a hard life fighting their way out of a hard seed, then to shove through the earth before reaching light. It is not unusual at all for the cotyledon and first leaves to be misshapen or damaged. If growing in soil be careful with nutrients at this very young age. It is very easy to give too much. Most plants don't need any additional nutes for the first several weeks when grown in soil.
