Is this discoloring and yellow top tips "burn" caused from overwatering? they are in 11l pot. Clones were 2 weeks old when transplanted and are now 5 weeks old. pH is ok. Running under 600W LED on 50% at 50cm distance. I watered every 2-3 days with 300- 400 ml.

Why don't you start a diary since you've joined this site.. diaries help us help you by providing as much information as possible to us... "Burn" is never caused by overwatering.. yellow tips are indicative of a number of things - nute burn, the beginning of a deficiency, etc... hard to tell from just two pictures what is going on here. I'm not much liking the really dark veins in the second photo... and think you DO have a problem - but we need to see more information. So start a diary with as many weeks of the grow as you can reconstruct and come back with your question.... Good luck...

It's a pk deficiency, you can noticed the red stems :) it's a particular sign of lack when it's not caused by genetics :) The watering is perfect, so give her little fert and see in one week how She will be

No, nothing to do with watering, it looks like either a potassium or phosphorous deficiency (or both), adding or upping a P/K booster should help.
