Early harvest? HELP

I would harvest now... I think I see some amber - but you're certainly close enough and that humidity is much too high... and since you've already found bud rot, I'd chop... but as you chop and as you trim, watch out for more rot. Cut whatever you find out taking a little bit more than you think necessary and then spray the area with a 1% alcohol solution to kill whatever spores may be lingering... keep your utensils and your hands sterilized at all times.
