I'm not sure what's going on.my leaves are yellowing but still green.they are green then kind of have a wierd fade to them

Looks like chlorosis due to over watering and/or unhealthy roots.
Check out your roots and make sure they are not rotting. You'll be able to tell by the smell; it will smell like a swamp.
If it is root rot, clear all of the medium from around the roots, then take a pair of sterilized scissors and snip off all the rot. Plant in new medium.
If it is because of oversaturated medium, you'll want to remove it all from around the roots and replant it. If you keep it in that medium as it is, it will keep developing more chlorotic leaves and die off.

nitrogen toxicity plant should stop drinking soon, ph swing inside of pot and you will have loads of shit.
stop all feed and only correct ph, i guess you are in soil, so 6.3-6.4 is your target
double check are your readings right, some meters can lie.
make sure you let pot dry out too, before putting any in
i see some magnesium signs, so every third watering add light calmag to feed, like 0.25 ml/L
for two weeks she should be on phed plain water diet.

Looks like could be asking for some more K, but as it's the tops could it be the light ? I'm new to led grows only on my 2nd run with it. I'd lean towards it asking for some more K.
