I see some elongated leaves, dark, not increasing to typical 5-7-9+ blades etc..
I'd dial back on nutes. Got a tds meter? pH test?
an overabundance of nutes can cause lockout of others. I'd lean toward that before suggesting adding anythign to fix that. I don't think it's leaf septoria, but could be wrong. The light / picutres could easily decieve my eye.. you'd have a better feel for color in real life. glossy is bad. Super soft underleaf is bad sign too (if it feels like a soft suede it's possibly a K-tox, for example, and it can cause ca or mg defiiciencies which might look like what you have).
