Yeah - don't use neem oil or dishsoap.. TheMeditrerranean81's wife probably doesn't grow anything that you would inhale or eat immediately after spraying with that concoction although it might work on houseplants and flowers... You say in your diary you've finished the grow - meaning you've harvested... I would do as Roberts suggests and freeze your dried buds to make sure they're not in it.... But beyond that, I would thoroughly sanitize the tent and your equipment to kill off any little mites that might be hanging around waiting for the next victim ... and then I'd make sure I had either some Dr. Zymes Eliminator or some Spinosad on hand for my next grow in case they show back up. Both products are organic and both can be used straight through to harvest if need be... Good luck!

Your plants look done. If you use neem oil now they will taste horrible. The buds don't look to be growing but ripening. So... there is hydrogen peroxide mixes with water you can use. Other then that I would finish grow. Then treat everything that plant has been around. EVERYTHING! Drying area as well. Bugs will leave plant once it is not suitable. I would even freeze my bud once dried to ensure they are not hanging out in it.

My wife uses neem oil for her 100 plants and flowers, never had problem with Neem oil.. for 250ml water 12 drop of Neem oil and half 6 drop dishsoap mix them and spray it on the leaf and clean them with cotton.. rise the humidity. High humidity is against the mites..
