How close are your lights?. Seedlings in soil do not really need nutes at this point. I'd say nute burn or light burn or both. Seedlings are very fragile and dosnt take much to effect them and cause burn. the soil could already have a fertilizer in it that slow releases.

Could be overwatering or soil rich in Nutrients but I'd say its the first option in this case
