Light burn or nutrient issue?

Light burn or def? 83-85 temps, same with leaf surface. 1000w HPS 24-30 inches from canopy Always run my flower ppfd around 1200umol with 1400 ppm co2, up to 1500 umol later in flower. I'm 3 weeks in, never had this issue but I can't figure out anything else that it might be.

What is the substrate pH? Would check that first. If that is out of range then that is the issue.

Yellow/Brownish colored tips of leaves.So, my girl now is 11 days old, while i was looking at here i noticed that the tips of the second pair of true leaves is soightly yellow/brownish colored, im worried for my plant. Could it be a wind burn ? I have a ventilator in my tent which was blowing at here. I moved it now.
