I noticed something similar with my plants. I'm in organic soil as well. But it seems to be more of the fact the parameter of the leaves hasn't turned dark green yet rather than it being "discolored" if that makes sense—maybe slightly too much nitrogen. Only my older big fan leaves are that rich dark green and the new ones start to get that dark green color from the center of the fingers of the leaves and work its way out as it gets older eventually the whole leave is that dark green color. as long as you are not burning the leaves it' okay but maybe dial back the fish as it has lots of N ad you are in flower

The leaf discoloration issues is due to potassium lock out caused by an incorrect soil pH. It is not a magnesium deficiency. No soil mix on the planet can magically "regulate the pH itself", it is up to you as a grower to monitor and adjust the pH. Plant is also on the verge of severe nitrogen toxicity.

Living Soil regulates the pH itself, no need to regulate anything. r/o water is perfectly fine.

According to https://www.growdoc.ca/ it appears to be a pH fluctuation... Can be caused by: • Root rot • Room/tent VPD • Nutrient toxicity (K) • Nutrient lockout Use pH reading meter to measure and keep track of your pH. Use pH adjusters (“pH up” & “pH down”) to help balance out pH before feeding or correcting small fluctuations on daily checkups. SOIL

looks like a magnesium deficiency to me, you could try adding some additional rock dust. Basalt can have good amount of magnesium in it, or epsom salts. But could also be excessive Nitrogen, what exactly do you mean with "urb and fish shit every now and then" ?^^
