GH flora trio is a good lineup, in coir you will want an extra CaMg supplement but that is easy enough to find from many retailers. Follow their feeding guidelines and dilute it down to the EC your plants will need, Its good to remember that autoflowers do not like strong feeds like there photoperiod counterparts. GH Trio will always use all three parts just in different ratios throughout out the entire grow. always add micro first then grow then bloom. Yes your at the stage where you want to start to introduce nutrients. Start small and work your way up to prevent burning the little one. drop everything by one decimal point, 0.2 , 0.4 and 0.1. You will want to get an EC/PPM pen to monitor how much your feeding compared to how much the plant is eating until you get used to looking at the plant and knowing. Preferably and EC pen since PPM is different based on where you are in the world. Happy Growing

Hi, Im at the same stage as you and I use Coco Coir. Im now in second week and I add a bit of nutes at the end of week 1 so the EC is below 1.
