Could someone please tell me if this is a sign that my cannabis plant (Watermelon Auto by RQS) is turning into a hermaphrodite? I have little knowledge on this topic since this is my first grow. Cheers!

No, those are female calyxes, not male flowers or any sort of hermaphroditism......nothing to worry about at all. Just older, swollen and over ripe "pre-flowers". If you are keen, go to week 7 in my diary "cannabis conundrums" where I have posted pictures of male, female and hermie (pre) flowers as well as many other weird and wonderful things cannabis plants are capable of and these may be of help to you.

I'm far from experienced, but it looks normal at this stage to me for female :)

Those look like beautiful calyx from a female! If you do a google image search for male Cannabis pollen sacs, you'll find a pretty recognisable difference in shape and texture. Male pollen sacs tend to droop from the stem. Mooncat's right, pistils or stigmas which protrude from the centre of calyx are a sign it's a 'she.' No stress :)

Nah all good. Just some Calyxes between the Nodes, the pistils (white hair) show its a fem so dont worry.
