WW taking forever to get to flower5 months to get to pre-flowering stage with WW automatic on balcony. My northern lights auto planted the same day under the same circumstances took only 3 until harvest… anyone an idea why?

This preflower crap is stumping me..Took another look at that pre-flower on my bag seed outdoor plant. It looks like it split open but I don't see any white hairs. Will the males split open like this? I found another on the other side also but it wasn't split open.

Slow growth, terrible appearanceA week after seeding. Hawaiian Snow (GHS), planted it in a coco coir (washed, buffered with calmag 500 ppm), watered with T.A FloraCoco until drainage 400ppm.
