My plant is developing flowers that I can not determine if male or female.
Is this a sign of hermies? Or just normal female flowers 🤷♂️

Yellow TipsHey all anyone knows what this can be? She had trips and I put to much neemoil on the leaves that's why she looks like this with the leaves. But since last week the tips from the top started to get yellow. I didn't use nutes till now and I dimmed the light to 60% / 70cm distance.

When to start flushing?How do you guys think, how long these plants might need to finish? Reason I'm asking is that I'm planning at least 10 day flush before harvest and because I lack of experience in growing (there were maybe 2 grows I went through) I don't really know when to start. Why is one of her first leaves turning yellow? 😱 sud I be concerned ? She’s 15 days old. Other than that I think she’s nice colour not feeding with nutrients yet. Had a bit problem to keep temperatures down (30-31 ‘c with co2)during hot weather but now it’s under control. Thanks
