those 90cri sure do make better pictures. the accuracy of colors is infinitely better.
This one actually does look like it could be a slight Potassium (K) deficiency. First make sure pH isn't whacky. how are your waering habits? always ensure entire pot gets wet with minimal runoff in soil to avoid wasting your soil's amendments. don't try to give X mL per day of your own choosing as that is the wrong way to do it.. you give what is needed, when it is needed (wait for top 1" to dry before next irrigation, the weight of the pot at this point is best to learn for trigger - do that and it will be a consistent volume per pot you can plan around)
you'd need more time or finer resolution on your fertilizer - breakdown per nute. you are also in soil, which adds a whole bunch of unknowns too. time release tabs are a balancing act based on familiarity too. if you are consistent in how you make the soil and what you use, then you can systematically try different things until they work... don't ty to change 4 things at once because you'll never know which actually fixed the problem and possibly cause more problems at same time.
in your case, it looks fairly straigh-forward... there aren't comingling symptoms, so i'd feel fairly safe about trying a bump to whichever nute you add that will increas K concentration without greatly impacting other things. so, high k value, low in other stuff would be best choice. if this progressed slowly, you can make a small adjustment and observe.. it's really easy to overcompensate with this stuff... so be on watch for symptoms going the other way -- toxicity of K / lockout of other stuff like Mg/Ca becomes possible..
so, you stopped the progression, some healing where possible occurs (chlorosis will fill in but dead spots are not healing ever), it could slowly (or rapidly) swingn the other way.. all about balance of multiple factors of constant change over time.. take notes for next time.
