Ec agua base de riego (grifo) 0.10 - 0.06

I have water with an EC between 0.10 - 0.06, it's tap water. With this water, I water the two that I don't add fertilizer to. Should I add CalMag?? These are my plants!!

How do the other 2 look ? And when to harvest?First grow ever ! How do the other 2 out of 3 plants look ? When should I harvest ? They are Week 6 of flowering 12/12. There is little to no smell as well ! if I pinch a nug there’s a bit of smell on my fingers. Bought a jewellers lens and hard to see/use to see the trichomes

Flush time or wait?Not sure if the pics are detailed enough, but I'm curious if someone can help me out with when to flush? I don't feel like they are quite there yet, but this is my first grow, so I'm not quit sure how "cloudy" is "cloudy enough" to start flushing. Anyone have any insights?
