What's causing these spots and wilting? How do I get her healty again?

What could cause my plant to start wilting and have yellow spots like this? I tried looking up the various causes but can't put my finger on what it needs (water, nutrients, etc). I have been feeding according to the Fox Farms Schedule. Light is now at 100%, about 2 feet above.

I hate Fox Farm. A lot of people like it but since I only grow autos, I will shout it to the hills: I HATE FOX FARM. M0use is absolutely correct in her assessment here.. and Nugsery is daft... the EC on my autos NEVER gets above 1.2 or 1.3... and that's in very late flower when I'm pumping a lot of PK into them. Read through all of m0use's answers, he's nailed it....

I would be very wary of giving any auto a 1.4EC dose in veg like the person suggested below. Autos do not like stronger feeds like their photoperiod counterparts. Use this link for a ruff guide to EC levels in autoflowers. Less is more. https://www.autoflower.net/forums/threads/med-man-method-feeding-chart-ppm-ec.47856/ Its not perfect but it offers a solid frame work to build off of. Cheers,

Looks like your main problem is over watering. Get a Moisture meter if your struggling to figure out when they need watering. They cost about £5.

High DragonlordFreya, Your main problem here is overwatering. Let the top 2-3 cm soil dry out completely between waterings. And do not give more then 5% from the pot volume each watering. The second problem are nutrient lockouts. This could have 2 reasons. Reason number 1 is pH not in the right range. Keep the pH from your nutrient solution between 6.2 and 6.3 It will go up a little when the plant processed the nutrients so the soil will stay around 6.5 And the second reason is EC not stable and/or too high. Week 4 can give EC 1.4 /Week 5 can keep EC 1.5 And from week 6 till flushing before harvest (2 weeks before she is ready) EC 1.6 Will do the trick. Enjoy your grow!

O also forgot, Fox Farm nutrient line up recommended feeding is quite strong and you only really need 1/2 to 1/4 the recommended dose, Soil will hold onto the nutrients and can cause issues as well. So this is also might be happening on top of the over watering, When salts buildup its causes issues with uptake within the other nutrients. I would look into investing into a EC pen to monitor the strength of the feeding solution. make up the suggested ratios of grow big and big bloom then add more water to the mix to dilute it down to an appropriate level and last step is to adjust the PH if needed. Flushing soil is tricky, its easy to water log the medium so it needs to be done slowly to avoid that and compacting its self causing root rot. Cheers,

The wilting is looking like the plant is being overwatered, extra wet medium drowns the root zone and causes this to happen. One quick way to check is by feeling the stems connecting the leaves to the plant. Limp Leaves + Limp Stems = Underwatered Limp Leaves + STIFF Stems = Overwatered Once you fix the overwatering issue the plant should bounce back to normal. The nutrient lineup you are using also does not have any added calcium in it and the magnesium in low. This could be part of the reason the leaves are starting to spot and look like that. The last point I notice that could use a tweak is the PH, your diary says it is 7, it could be beneficial to bring that down to 6.4-6.5, soil does manage its own PH quite well but this will help make some things a bit more available.
