Rust spots on fan leaves. Suspected nutrient burn as I let the medium get too dry. Though it would be helpful to get others opinion.

Hello, I've had similar issues almost every grow of mine mid flower.. although I have still had successful harvests each time I've found that most of the time a slurry pH test of the media as well as a runoff pH test put me out of pH range due to salt buildup in my media and a slightly acidic base media (peat moss).. Not sure if this is your issue but Id start with the slurry test at 1:1 media to water ratio using whatever water you'd use for regular watering (not feeding) generally dechlorinated tap or pH buffered RO and see if you're in correct pH range and then you can flush with pH buffered water to get you back to where you need to be as well as remove any buildup. But remember to hit them with a half or 3/4 dose of nutes the day after the flush to avoid severe issues there, may seem super overwatered for the first couple days but should recover much better and stronger. Hope it helps..

I'd be weary of any advice from the one user below, autos should not be feed 1.6EC they do not like strong feeds like their photoperiod counterparts this most likely to cause issues, maybe not as drastic as 3.8 your currently pushing but its certainly not ideal In my view. Cheers,

High bro, yes this is cause by nutrient burn. Lower your EC to 1.6 and keep the EC 1.6 till harvest. This should really be enough from now till flushing before (last 2 weeks) harvest. For now I so recommend to flush the soil. Just follow the steps below. How to Flush Sick Cannabis Plants Make up water with low levels of nutrients (1/4 strength or seedling dose). You want to take out the bad and replace with the good. Give 3x the pot size – Use enough water so that you're giving the plant 3x as much water as the volume of the pot. It may take a little while. Remove all runoff water immediately, you don't want your plant to suck the bad stuff back up! Give regular strength nutrients at the end – Make up one last batch of nutrient water at regular strength, and give this to your plants. You are replacing what you took out with what you want to be there – fresh, pH'ed nutrient water! Make sure there is a fan blowing over the top of the growing medium to help it dry out so plants don't get as droopy from being overwatered. There should be plenty of air circulation in the grow space, with access to lots of fresh air. Raise your grow lights up a few inches while your plant is recovering. Your plant definitely needs plenty of light, but you don't want to make it work too hard during the recovery period. Wait a few days for improvement – Although your plant may get droopy at first, you should start to see improvement within a few days. Try not to water it again until the top inch is starting to dry. It's not recommended to flush a plant two times in a row. After the first flush you should have flushed out what was hurting the plant in the soil. At this point, it's time to give your plants some TLC while you get things back on track. Enjoy your grow buddy!

Yeah you have been way over feeding. Just feed a fair bit of Ph water through, get plenty of runoff and check your runoff ph and Ec, I wouldn't be surprised if your mediums Ec has built up to way higher then what Ec you have been putting in. Your aim should be an Ec of 1.2 or 1.4 and only push it past that if the plant shows signs of deficiency. The damage done to the leaves won't get better but if you can lower that Ec a lot then it shouldn't get much worse.

Well, why didn't I think of going and grabbing some words from a website and pasting them in here to give you advice? Nugsery at his finest! You said you flushed your plants and if you did it correctly, you're not going to see any improvement in the leaves that are already damaged but other leaves will not start to show the same symptoms. What you've got it a classic case of potassium deficiency. You're basically throwing a whole ton of nutes at her but they may not be reacting to each other very well or they're not giving a good quantity of PK... Plus, you ARE feeding them FAR too much.... cut everything in half for heaven's sake! Autoflowers don't like a whole lot of nutes to begin with so you really are drowning her with them - with autos, less is more... I don't know what all those nutes are supposed to do and honestly I don't want to take the time to investigate all of them - look for the heavy nitrogen and cut those by 75%... cut everything else by 50% at least... Good luck!

I think your assumptions are correct, there is a lot going into that feeding schedule you have going for the plant, to much in my opinion. An EC of 3.8 is crazy high and especially for an autoflower. You will want to flush that plant out asap to avoid further damage. https://www.autoflower.net/forums/threads/med-man-method-feeding-chart-ppm-ec.47856/ I like this link for a generalized feeding guideline for autos as they do not like strong feedings like a photoperiod plant does, and to be honest, a 3.8EC is even to strong for a photoperiod. I am surprised you have not had any other issues before this. I wonder if your EC pen needs to be calibrated as well and if the values are accurate. Please let us know. In short, less feed and potentially a flush if the EC pen is accurate. FYI: We will not be notified of any reply or tag [@] in the questions part of the website, if you need to reach out with other information use your DM "direct mailbox" in the bottom right hand corner of the page. it looks like a little paper airplane icon. Best Of Luck!
