Your plants are looking good, don't overthink it to much. buds will look to have smaller singe leaves between the flowers but underneath it all they have many points like a normal leaf just much smaller. There is no known way to re-veg an autoflower ATM from my understanding. Any photoperiod revenging you will notice as it will look almost alien like, the plant does not have a uniform structure and it stretches new branches out of the flower and makes the single leaves you are speaking of. In short your plants look good and this is nothing to worry about.
