Overwatering is the state of being constantly wet - and no, they don't look like they're being overwatered.
If anything, they may look like they're not being watered enough... make sure you're getting 10-20% runoff every time you water...

Pheno 2: Doesn't bounce back, not overwatered but shows symptomsPheno 2: Symptoms as if overwatered and over-fertilized (N). First can't possibly be true, second neither.
