What's wrong with this plant, leaves are not perky a few have a discoloration, could fungus gnats be the cause? Found some and put a layer of perlite on top of the soil, what else can I do to fight them
Sticky strips and take the vacuum in there and get what you can flying and suck the little buggers up. Works for me. Sticky strips will get rid of the rest. cheers
It could be gnats. How often do you water? Do you let the soil dry beforehand? If you have gnats use peroxide to kill the eggs and some diatamatious earth
A hot shot pest strip can clear up a gnat infestation pretty fast. Just don't leave it up after you kill them off. Just put it in a plastic bag and save it for later. Just make sure you read the directions carefully. Cheers and happy growing!
