Bright Green new growth? Is Co2 to blame?

New growth is very bright green. Just introduced an in-line UV filter to help combat and bacteria in system. Also just turned on the Co2 system and got it up to 850ppm. Why is new growth so bright green? Could Co2 do this?

High, it looks to me like your plant is suffering from an Iron deficiency. This can not be caused by such a low Co2 value. The plants love a value between 1200 to 2000 ppm. This small amount is not dangerous for humans. The outside air contains around 500 ppm and from 3000 ppm it start to be dangerous and harmful for humans. It is always good to give them some extra Co2 and it really works when you've got a high quality lamp from 400 watts per m² like you do! I would give them around 1200 ppm during the whole grow. And to fix you iron deficiency, here is a link with an article about everything you need to know about how to solve and fix it: https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-plant-problems/iron-deficiency Happy and healthy 2023

I have no experience in c02 being added to the grow, I know its not need unless you have all the other environmentals in check like light DLI and temps and RH or VPD and then feeding. Its used to increase the DLI past 40 with out damage and allow higher temps in the grow space. If this is your first grow with it, save yourself some money and don't use CO2 till later in your growing adventures. The room also needs to be sealed or its just going to vent out. and If your venting into your living space vs outside extra CO2 is not ideal, its all ready higher in homes vs outdoors. Other then that, the colourization also resembles low iron and sulphur content in the medium. FYI: We will not be notified of any reply or tag [@] in the questions part of the website, if you need to reach out with other information use your DM "direct mailbox" in the bottom right hand corner of the page. it looks like a little paper airplane icon. Good Luck!
