No, all 3 leafed plants are genetic mutants that never grow or flower properly. I have grown 100s of plants in my life and can tell you this as a fact.

It will be OK, I've seen several and they always grow fine. Sometimes they revert back to normal paired leaves, sometimes they have triple leaves from one node. Good luck with it🙂

I certainly wouldn't pitch it ... goodness! Her first true leaves are showing and she should be just fine! There are often weird things that show up in young seedlings that will have no impact at all on their future growth... Good luck!
