Growth problems

My baby is 6 days old. The dull and even slightly yellowish color of the foliage is embarrassing, and rusty spots appeared on the leaves. I water very carefully from a spray bottle, 1 time in 2 days as the soil dries. What could be the problem? Possibly in soil?😫

Hey - came back because I really want to help... and I'm afraid you're getting really REALLY anxious about this grow... You might still be overwatering it... overwatering isn't the amount of water you give at any one time, it's the state of being constantly wet. I want you to go look at this guy's diary - he grew the same strain from RQS about a year ago... the link will take you to his second week but you can (obviously) look all through it... What I want you to notice is that some days (he takes daily pictures), the soil doesn't look like it has any water in it at all... And this is what you need to achieve... cannabis requires a dry period inbetween the wet one... So your soil needs to dry out completely before you give it any more water.... Ok, here's the link: growdiaries.com/diaries/72651-royal-queen-seeds-hulkberry-automatic-grow-journal-by-ijustdontgiveaf/week/357271 Now, do you know how to send messages on this site? Go to the little paper airplane in the bottom right had corner of the screen and click on it.... you can then look for me and send me a message - OR you can go to my profile and hit the chat button there (top right hand corner) ... I'm more than willing to kind of hold your hand to get you past this particular period of your grow ... IF you want that much help.... if you don't, I won't be hurt... Good luck...

PH water 6.5, I control it :) I'm worried because I've already had problems growing this strain and have come to the conclusion that the problem was caused by overwatering. The problems were very similar - blanching of foliage, rust spots. Now I have adjusted the watering, but there is a feeling that the problem is repeating itself, so I'm worried that the reason was not in excessive watering, but in the composition of the soil.

What is the pH of the water you're giving to her? If it's not between 6.0 and 7.0, this could be the problem - but I really don't see anything to worry about unduly! Little ladies will often exhibit funny colors when they're just seedlings... Stop fretting! She's growing up straight and tall and wanting to please you... just make sure the water is in that pH range.. Good luck!
