FOOP spray nutrients

1 1/2 weeks into my first indoor grow. One Pineapple Express plant growing. I purchased FOOP foliar nutrient spray and don't see any info on when to start using the spray on my seedling. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

feed through roots, not leaves... just gonna invite problems over-complicating it.
sometimes a foliar feed and be a quicker response to a deficiency, but it's better to just feed the plant properly and avoid the deficiencies.

Hows it going Grower Jake. About your seedling I wouldn't do anything to them but light water. Wait till the 2nd week of vegetative to spray. Enjoy your grow.

I only use FOOP as a quick injection of nutes if there's a problem with my plant ... I don't think it's intended to be used as a stand-alone feeding system but I could be wrong. In any event, you'd want to start feeding at about week 2 or 3 and, if it's an autoflower, start with only 1/4-1/2 strength to make sure it's tolerated. And if you use this, make sure you spray just before lights out so you won't risk buring the leaves.

EC and PH of Runoff still Higher than Solution even after a flush and lowering the ECHi, i still having this problem even after down the concentration of solution for 1/4 that scheduling feeding table says. I have some measurements listed in the week 10. Maybe my media is buffering PH and EC because i used to recycle it over times?4 years ago

What am I doing wrong? I thought I had a handle on tis.Can someone tell me what is wrong with my plant?
It used to droop badly but I fixed that (underwatering) and the plant looks a lot better.
Stalk was weak so I switched to "Veg" (mostly blue light) mode.
I also added proper nutrients which are helping even more.

EC and PH of Runoff is Higher than SolutionI'm putting a full nutrients indication in all watering since beginning of flowering. And I was suspecting it was too much, so I decided to measure the runoff of the plant. And the measuremet was:
PH - in: 5.88 -> out: 6.76
EC - in: 1.15 -> out: 1.27
