No matter how super your "super soil mix" was, after 8 weeks you will need to add fertilizers.

more than one thing causes interveinal chlorosis.... when it pales between the veins in leaves vs paling from tip of leaf and in... how it progresses helps diagnose... also if it is all ove the plant, just at bottom or at top... these things help discern between issues that cause the similar or same symptoms. Lockout is important to rule out -- pH caused as well as giving too much of 1 particular nutrient or something buildsup over time, if not overnight. So, if in soil can rule out the trace element options 99% Assuming nothing else odd, looks like a magnesium deficiency, possibly... the cruty serated parts ae a bit odd unlesss this was also an older leaf near bottom.
