Looks like thrip damage.
Spidermites create lots of tiny dead dots and russet mites will make the leaves taco a bit and get a bit wrinkly.
Thrips eat tiny patches like this and you must have quite an infestation for it to look like this.
Check in the leaf veins if you see tiny brown or black bugs running up and down it.
It looks very thripy to me.

Do you have any yellow or blue sticky traps monitoring for pests?
Do you have any IPM in use like BTi or Nematodes? Neem?
Are the black dots on the tip of one of the leaves textured and stand out? can they be smeared? is it mold or fungi like?
Weird smells?
Spraying anything on them?
Could maybe be the really small mites that are even tinier then spider mites. Russet or broad mites.
