This is the start of a calcium deficiency but before you go and throw some calmag at her, you need to figure out why this has occured (we can't figure it out because you don't have a diary). Calcium deficiency comes about because either you've got a nitrogen toxicity which has locked out that nutrient and the plant can't absorb it (I would doubt this simply because of the color of your leaves) OR (a more likely reason) your pH is not in a good range - soil grows require a pH between 6.0 and 6.5 for ideal nutrient absorption... if you're growing in coco (again something we don't know without a diary), the pH should be between 5.8 and 6.2. Once you correct what has caused the deficiency, you should add a small dose of calmag once a week to your nutrient feed. If it's a nitrogen toxicity, flush your plant... if it's a pH that's been too high, flush your plant and get the pH down... if the pH has been too low, just raise it up. Also, when you give plain pH'd water, make sure you're getting a little runoff every time which will help clear excess nutes and built-up salts from the soil.
Good luck - and do start a diary... they help us help you!
