If you push it to 60% amber, you'll be couchlocked which might be great for some - others would find it horrible.
I'm seeing most, but not all, cloudy and no amber present yet at all... and taking a look at the previous week's pictures to get a sense of what is happening with the plant itself, she probably hasn't even started her fade yet... so I think you've got a while to go yet - maybe 2-3 weeks.
In judging when to chop, if you want just a head high, you'll want to chop when all the trichs are cloudy... if you want the head high and body relaxation, shoot for about 10-20% amber... 40-50% will be couchlock and from there on, the THC is going to start to degrade quickly....
