Should cannabis be legalized worldwide?

Yes but not at any price. Youth exposure should be highly prevented, impact on health for pregnant/young/mentally-unstable people should be reminded by all. Big companies & lobbies must be kept away as much as possible from the entire industry, organic & environment-safe farms must be a standard. Taxes should be reasonable enough for the street-market to end. That's not an easy question :)
