Absolutely - but you need to do it judiciously and slowly so you don't stress the plant a lot. This is a great article that I relied on to learn about defoliation - the why, the when and the how - https://www.growweedeasy.com/nebulas-super-simple-3-step-defoliation-tutorial

Hey!!!! If you can remove leaves. Observe your plant and take off the leaves that are really shading. Don't overdo it with the defoliation, good luck!

Should i harvest even tough the buds are so small ? Or wait 2-3 weeks ?I've small buds due to not enough defoliation and nitrogen overflow due hot weather. This week the buds started finally getting bigger but i was already thinking about harvesting this week and from day or two the buds got noticible bigger for me, should i harvest or wait ?

How close to harvest? TrichomesGrowing 2 strains. GSC(1st pic) is much smaller and less dense buds, but trichomes look mostly amber. Is this good time to harvest the GSC? Also the Motorbreath(2nd pic) is less amber, is it too early to harvest? Thanks

Autoflower grown in soil.
Kept in outside shed, with 400w HPS and electric heater.
Struggling to keep temps up above 10Ā°c. It's not killing it, but perhaps stunting growth. A hardy strain.
