Should we defoliate?

I would take only the fan leaves that go inwards towards the center of the plant. Make sure thou that you don't take to many. Think to yourself, do I need to take this off? Is it covering a bud site? Trust in yourself and the plant. She will tell you if she's happy with it or if you did to much. When you look down from say a bird's eye view you still barely want to be able to see through it to the soil. Check out my first grow for tips tricks and to learn what not to do!
