Hi there To me it looks like early signs of potassium deficiency .. Your profile says you are growing in coco but looks like your in soil? You PH is at 7 so try bring it down to 6.5 in soil and she should be fine, If your in coco then then drop down to 6 Best of luck 🌱

No, organic fertilizers have the advantage of reducing the chances of over-fertilization. For your problem, there can be many factors; LED light can cause calcium deficiency issues, coco can lead to calcium deficiency if you've mixed in more than 30%, but it could also be that the plant wants more fertilization. I would give a bit of Cal-Mag for prevention, and it will probably solve your problem...

Did you just recently transplant to a larger container? I don't see much to worry about to be 100% honest I'm running Gaia ammendments and there's usually not that many issues with organic nutrients, if I were you I would wait a couple 3 days and see what the next new grow looks like, they look very healthy at the moment and don't look as if they need anything...Keep doing what you're doing for now
