Tremojemanswered grow question 2 years ago RO water PHd every time. Please know that you truly cannot go wrong with an initial up front investment for an RO system. Firstly you will benefit from drinking it yourself, and in comparison to buying water or responding to problems associated with a less than ideal water source, you will sleep better knowing you are feeding your girls well, and save a ton of money. Now don't think I'm a water snob. I live in the country and have my own well. It is fantastic but the water is so high in TDS, that it messes with my nutrients. Sooooo, for those of you that are able to use your well water...I salute you and am jealous!!! For those using tap water, which I assume is supplied by your local municipality, which is derived from your statement regarding chlorine, I cannot comment. I would say that municipal water is also treated and is probably very good aside from added chlorine or fluoride. I imagine you have methods to neutralize these additives so good on you, but my experience with municipal water is null...so I apologize for my ignorance. I don't claim to know anything and am only offering my uneducated opinion based of research and experience, so being that I am a newbie, take it easy on me...lol.
