growth has slowed down tremendously. I couldn't find the exact reason. 22 degrees temperature humidity 50-60. The water I use for humidity is very chlorinated, could this be the reason?

Would you be able to give us more info on whats your medium coco perlite, soil etc. What nutrients or amendments you fees them. Do do you measure PH? The more info you can put here the more easy is to diagnose whats wrong with it

Creo que esa planta a pasado frío amigo!! Yo diría que 22º grados en el periodo diurno es una temperatura baja y más si se cultiva con sistemas led! Seguramente tengas temperatura muy bajas en el periodo nocturno y a las plantas les está afectando, los tallos y hojas cojen tonos morados y el crecimiento se relentiza. You do not have a diary so we have no idea what you have done. Are you fertilizing? If so what are you using and at what rate? What soil are you using? Is that a photo period or auto flower?
