nah, they need more fertilizer... that looks like N-deficiency. stick to a schedule... adjust as needed. take some notes as you go about concentration and frequency of fertilization.. so you can more easily adjust 'next' time.
e.g. next time the moment you see those cotyledons (first unserated leaves) start turning yellow, you know you can start to ramp up fertilization without concern. i fertilize from day 1, but i'm 'soilless' context. your soil should contain some amount of fertilizer in it. usually soil growers slowly ramp up concentration of fertilization.
watering ahbits -- water entire pot. the whole things should get wet, no dry pockets.. minimal runoff is goal in soil, but a little bit ensures you did it right. Wait for top 1 inch to dry before irrigating again... whether you fertilize every other or every 3rd irrigation is your choice... that choice will impact dosing when you do fertilize (obviosuly, a bit higher concentration with less frequency... it'll still add up to roughly the same amount per week or month that the plant metabolizes... otherwise you get deficiencies and toxicities along teh way.)
use more perlite for better growth. looks a little devoid of drainage-type amendments (doesn't have to be perlite. could be anything similar). soil - shoot for 50/50 for excellent drainage and o2 penetration for roots. You'll never see a droopy plant due to watering if you do. (not in reference to your plant at all.. just a general statement)
