Heavily overwatered about a week ago. They never really recovered. I fed them some cal mag a few days ago and they perked up a little. Poor aeration in the soil. Last picture is a comparison with my 3 week old blue dream/gorilla cookies. Should i just throw these away and restart

Not a complete loss to me, just needs some TLC. Give them some time and keep their environment stable they should bounce back. They do look a bit hungry though so keep an eye on your feeding schedule. Good Luck!

Anything in veg is always recoverable, this doesn't look severe, I have seen and recovered much worse. When I see yellow leaves like this at the bottom, I think nitrogen deficiency. You mentioned the soil aeration, that could also cause symptoms like this. I wish you well!

Hello. I would like to suggest you make the soil more aerobic. Please google Hydrogen Peroxide for plants and mix some with your water. Chuck.

I would not. They look very hungry. Try to nurse them back.
